Abstract: Fundierte Fehleranalyse Die interventionelle Neuroradiologie ist eine dynamische Disziplin mit innovativen Lösungen und expandierenden Therapieansätzen. Fehler bei Neurointerventionen sind unvermeidbar und oft schwerwiegend – daher ist eine klare Fehlerdefinition wichtig, um Ursachen zu identifizieren und Massnahmen zu ergreifen.
